When anyone speaks of islands and resorts, we just thought about beaches, cottages, pools, sands, and the heat of the sun. But, JVR Island in the Sky Resort is not like that. It is exactly the opposite of that. JVR Island in the Sky is actually located in Barangay Gaas, Balamban along the Transcentral Highway that traverses from Cebu City to Balamban (Barangay Gaas in Balamban is known as the "Little Baguio" of Cebu. Its cool mountain temperature is similar to that of Baguio.). And since it is located in the mountainous area, with a bit higher altitude, you really won’t be able to feel the heat of the sun! It has a low temperature, gaining for itself the title of being the “Little Baguio” of Cebu. And of course, there may be no sand to speak of while there, but you will definitely appreciate the lushness of the green surroundings.
